СІНГАПУРСЬКА КОНВЕНЦІЯ: ВИКЛИКИ ІМПЛЕМЕНТАЦІЇ

Проаналізовано іноземний досвід імплементації Конвенції ООН про міжнародні угоди щодо вирішення спорів за результатами медіації, зроблено висновки про можливий вплив Конвенції на національні правові системи та розвиток медіаційної діяльності в державах, що ратифікують Конвенцію.

Ключові слова: медіація, Сінгапурська Конвенція, імплементація, міжнародна угода про вирішення спору за результатами медіації.
