РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ТРАНСНАЦІОНАЛЬНИХ КОРПОРАЦІЙ:
ЕВОЛЮЦІЯ ПРІОРИТЕТІВ

Проаналізовано генезу формування міжнародно-правових норм щодо діяльності транснаціональних корпорацій, виокремлено пріоритети міжнародної спільноти на певних історичних періодах. Спрогнозовано ключові завдання щодо регулювання діяльності транснаціональних корпорацій.

Ключові слова: транснаціональна корпорація, права людини, Організація Об’єднаних Націй, корпоративна відповідальність.
