ЗАХИСТ ПРАВ УКРАЇНСЬКИХ ТРУДОВИХ МІГРАНТІВ У ЄВРОПІ

Розглянуто питання щодо захисту прав українських сезонних працівників-мігрантів у Європейському Союзі. Встановлено, що захист прав сезонних працівників-мігрантів на наднаціональному рівні Європейського Союзу регулюється Директивою 2014/36/ЄС про сезонних працівників, якою передбачено право на рівне ставлення. З’ясовано, що важливий для України захист своїх громадян за кордоном може бути посилений завдяки підписанню двосторонніх угод з державами – членами ЄС.

Ключові слова: трудова міграція, сезонна міграція, право на рівне ставлення, Директива про сезонних працівників, двосторонні угоди про трудову міграцію.
