СПІВРЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ГОСПОДАРСЬКОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ 

Досліджено теоретичні засади співрегулювання господарської діяльності, зокрема поняття, особливості, форми, механізми. Встановлено, що співрегулю­вання господарської діяльності має посісти належне місце в соціально-економічному житті держави. Запропоновано внесення змін до Господарського кодексу України та розробку Критеріїв оцінки співрегулювання.

Ключові слова: співрегулювання господарської діяльності, господарська діяльність, саморегулювання, суб’єкти господарювання, органи державної влади.
