СИНГАПУРСКАЯ КОНВЕНЦИЯ: ВЫЗОВЫ ИМПЛЕМЕНТАЦИИ 

Проанализирован иностранный опыт имплементации Конвенции ООН о между­народных соглашениях, достигнутых в результате медиации, сделаны выводы о возможном влиянии Конвенции на национальные правовые системы и развитие медиационной деятельности в государствах, ратифицировавших Конвенцию.

Ключевые слова: медиация, Сингапурская Конвенция, имплементация, международное мировое соглашениео разрешении споров, достигнутое в результате медиации.
