ГОТІВКОВИЙ ГРОШОВИЙ ОБІГ В УМОВАХ ПАНДЕМІЇ COVID-19

Ідентифіковано загальні причини зменшення обсягів готівки під час пандемії COVID-19 та визначено її вплив на зміну поведінки споживачів банківських послуг, банків, регуляторів, торговельних мереж. Окреслено заходи, які вживали центральні банки щодо управління готівковим грошовим обігом в умовах карантину. Узагальнено сучасний стан іперспективи використання готівкових грошей українах із різним ступенем економічного розвитку. Розкрито механізм моніторингу центральним банком використання готівки.

Ключові слова: готівка, центральний банк, готівковий грошовий обіг, безготівкові розрахунки, пандемія, грошова база, цифрова валюта, електронні платежі, законний платіжний засіб.
