 ПРАВОВА РЕГЛАМЕНТАЦІЯ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ВІЙСЬКОВО-МОРСЬКИХ СИЛ: СВІТОВИЙ ДОСВІД

Досліджено відображення аспектів правової регламентації діяльності військово-морських сил у працях істориків флоту. Розглянуто формування історії флоту з ХVІІ ст. у вимірі спеціальних досліджень і робіт з питань військово-морської тактики та стратегії. Доведено, що на першому етапі ці дослідження мали характер емпіричного узагальнення та забезпечення тактичної діяльності вітрильного, а потім механізованого флоту, проте з кінця ХІХ ст. зазначений досвід накопичений у рамках опрацювання морської стратегії.

Ключові слова: військово-морські сили, історія флоту, військово-морське право, військово-морська доктрина, військово-морська стратегія.
